Washington DC • 23-25 May 2022
Fortune 500 faith-and-belief employee resource groups (ERGs) come together as allies of others, including those with disabilities.
Greetings from American Airlines & Brian Grim
Dare to Overcome (DTO) is the Religious Freedom & Business Foundation’s signature global conference, with the mission of shining a light on successes in promoting mutual respect and allyship among diverse communities.
In 2022, DTO is cosponsored by the Busch School of Business at The Catholic University of America in Washington DC. DTO is the global convening point for Fortune 500 faith-and-belief employee resource groups (ERGs). Members of these ERGs will gather in support of their colleagues around the world and share best practices.
Other main partners include American Airlines and the Templeton Religion Trust. Corporate sponsorship packets are available for companies with faith-and-belief ERGs as well as from companies whose CEOs are previous Global Business & Interfaith Peace Award winners. For details, email Brian Grim.
Gala awards and concert featuring GENTRI
Each day focuses on a different theme:
- – May 23: How Faith Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) can support colleagues with differing abilities
- – May 24: Faith-and-Belief ERGs best practices / REDI Awards and Global Business & Interfaith Peace Awards
- – May 25: Business for interfaith understanding, peace & inclusion worldwide
Dare to Overcome’s mission is to showcase success stories of businesses and business leaders “daring to overcome” differences that divide and turning them into differences to celebrate.
DTO’s signature initiatives are the Corporate Religious Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) Index Top Companies Awards and the Global Business & Interfaith Peace Awards. Early bird registration includes all conference fees, meals from dinner 5/23 through lunch 5/25 and entry to gala awards and GENTRI concert.
