Religious inclusion is more than an ERG
The first day keynote at Dare to Overcome 2022 was by Sumreen Ahmad, Accenture’s Global Change Management Lead. Sumreen argues that including faith and belief as part of diversity, equity, and inclusion is much more than setting un a faith-based employee resource group (ERG). It opens the door for deeper discussion about how to solve some of the most difficult issues confronting societies today.
