Join us of Feb. 8-9, 2021, at the Busch School of Business at The Catholic University of American in Washington, DC, for the annual Faith@Work Conference. The conference brings together representatives of Fortune 500 companies who are members of faith-and-belief employees resource groups (ERGs). It also is a national convening point for workplace chaplains. The conference supports the growing movement of top companies that are adopting faith-friendly policies that make their workplaces religiously inclusive (see AP and Fox News stories).

2021 Program
The 2021 program — to be held Feb. 8-9, 2021, also at the Busch School — builds on the 2020 Faith@Work conference at the Busch School and the 2019 Faith@Work conference at the corporate HQ of Texas Instruments in Dallas. The 2021 program will include parallel tracks for faith-oriented ERGs as well as workplace chaplains.
This builds on the groundbreaking conference that the Religious Freedom & Business Foundation and the Busch School of Business at Catholic University held for employees and executives to discuss the importance of corporate programs that foster religious inclusion (see program). The two-day conference took place at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., on February 13 and 14, 2020. The event featured executives and members of faith-oriented Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) sharing best practices, challenges and opportunities. The second annual conference will be.
Attending the conference were many Fortune 500 companies leading the way on Corporate Religious Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (REDI). The top scoring companies from the Fortune 100 were on hand to receive awards for embracing the work of their faith-and-belief Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and, in some cases, their workplace chaplains.
