Ellen Brotherson, Previous Research Assistant

Ellen was previously a Religious Freedom & Business Foundation Research Assistant working on the Empowerment+ initiative, and a student at Brigham Young University.

Ellen was a senior at BYU studying sociology with an emphasis in international development. Ellen is from Fargo, North Dakota where she was exposed to refugees at an early age. Ellen has been able to travel to many parts of the world where she has seen people in poverty, disease, and with no education. This has inspired her to pursue an education and opportunities where she can improve the quality of education, healthcare, and quality of life.
