Regardless of politics, religion, gender, race, ethnicity, economic status, sexual orientation, or any other factors, all Americans value freedom of religion, faith, spirituality and conscience. These freedoms are a central part of what has made America the country which it is today.
Our various denominations and faiths impact not only our individual and family lives, but also our work lives. Indeed, there is growing recognition that having a faith-friendly business and work environment is not only good for people’s wellbeing, but it is also good for the bottom line.
To become a certified Faith-Friendly Workplace, a company must sign the Religious Freedom & Business Foundation’s Corporate Pledge (below) and annually provide their staff with our Workplace Religious Literacy Training. To get certified, contact us today!
