Robert Rex, Dare to Overcome Conference Director

Robert Rex serves as Conference Director for Dare to Overcome, May 20-21, 2026, in Washington DC. He brings a background in nonprofit leadership, strategic program execution, and international collaboration. He has supported large-scale lead generation advertising initiatives on Meta’s platform and previously served as Vice President of a U.S.-based leadership education nonprofit.

Robert earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brigham Young University, with a minor in Strategic Management from the Marriott School of Business, and has completed master’s-level coursework in Industrial and Organizational Psychology through the Harvard Extension School. Robert has also served as an Internship Director at the world’s largest university social impact center and consulted leaders at multiple Fortune 20 companies.

Since beginning his work with Dr. Brian Grim and the Religious Freedom & Business Foundation in 2022, Robert has supported Dare to Overcome conferences annually, including the 2024 conference in New Delhi. In December 2025, he represented RFBF in India through a collaboration with MIT World Peace University, supporting the development of an implementation plan and budget for a Human Rights & Business Skills Curriculum. In 2026, the initiative is expected to expand through CSR partnerships to serve hundreds of thousands of youth across India.
