Kevin White, M.A., Previous Country Director, Kazakhstan
Kevin White was previously a Religious Freedom & Business Foundation Research Associate, serving as country director in Kazakhstan. Kevin is a PhD candidate at the University of Salzburg and holds two masters degrees: a Master of Arts in Theological Studies and Intercultural Leadership from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary; and a Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty University. He is the founding director of Pravda Forum, a Kazakhstan-based organization which researches and publishes on the relationship of worldviews and their socio-political and economic implications in culture. He was recently appointed as Head of Department for Nestorian Studies at the Kazakhstan Academy of Science, where he is researching the history of Silk Road Nestorian Christianity and the role of religious freedom to human flourishing. Kevin has resided in Almaty, Kazakhstan since 1999.
