Gideon Miles, Previous Research Intern
Gideon Miles was previously a research intern with the Religious Freedom & Business Foundation and a student at Brigham Young University – Idaho.
Gideon Miles is currently studying Public Policy and Administration with an emphasis on the role of religious freedom and the history of peace. He believes deeply that the best path to peace is through the inclusion of religion in the public square and the protection of belief and conscience it represents.
He believes that the power companies wield in censuring and protecting speech must be used for protecting for religious beliefs as much as another other part of an individual’s identity, and that as we do so we will be more comfortable brining our whole best selves to work and better able to establish peace and diversity in our communities. By eliminating misunderstandings and dispelling confusion, and thus seeing the greatest amount of peace we’ve ever witnessed in our history in our nations to respecting difference.
